How many rounds of revision are included?
Each package includes one proof review. We'll send you a digital proof and you're welcome to request changes at that stage. Any revisions beyond the initial review are charged at our designer's hourly rate.
How does the process work?
Start by placing your order and selecting how many copies you'd like — anywhere from 1 to 10. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email including instructions for sharing your wedding photographs and any words or details you'd like included in your magazine.
From there, we get to work. We'll curate and design your magazine with care, working through your images and words to build something that feels considered and complete. When we're ready, we'll send you a digital proof to review. This is your chance to see it all come together and request any changes before anything goes to print.
Once you've given your approval, we print your magazine and send it on its way to you — wherever in the world that may be.
How long does it take?
We approach the design stage with intention, taking the time to get every detail right. Once your proof is approved, printing and delivery typically brings the full process to around 3+ weeks depending on where you are in the world.
We'll keep you informed at every stage so you always know where things are at.
What does the magazine look and feel like?
Every material choice was made with intention. The paper is uncoated, with no gloss or shine, because gloss flattens photography. Without it, your images sit softly on the page, with a warmth and depth that a shiny finish simply can't offer. It's the same approach used in high-end editorial and fashion print, where the paper itself becomes part of the experience.
The cover carries the same philosophy. Velvet cello is soft to the touch, with a quiet luxury that feels considered rather than loud. It's the kind of cover you run your hand across before you even open it.
Together, the result is something weighty, tactile, and refined.. designed to feel as beautiful as it looks, and to last long beyond the day itself.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from Queensland, Australia. Wherever you are, your magazine will find its way to you.
When should I order?
The most natural time to order is once you have your wedding photographs back from your photographer. If you're ordering copies to give as gifts (to parents, a wedding party, or close friends) it's worth factoring in the production timeline so there's no rush.
That said, you're also welcome to place your order before your wedding day. We work with a number of couples at any one time, and securing your spot in the studio means you're not waiting when your photos finally arrive. It's a lovely way to have something to look forward to once the day is over.
Do you offer returns?
Because each magazine is designed and made uniquely for you, we're unable to offer refunds once an order has been placed. Every project represents a significant investment of our time, care, and craft from the very beginning.

I'm a wedding photographer — can I offer this to my clients?
Absolutely. Bound Stories was built with photographers in mind too.
Your couples already trust you with one of the most important days of their lives. Offering them a way to hold that story in their hands, something beyond a gallery link, is a natural extension of the experience you already provide. A printed magazine that carries their photographs, their words, and their day, designed to live on a coffee table and be returned to for years.
